This project was met with the following challenges:
1) Provide a proper septic system within the confines of an irregular topography

2) Adhere to strict regulations for waterfront residents

3) Adjust for fact that property is only occupied seasonally

This property resides in an area that was once a camp ground and has since been relotted for residential. Set against the sloping bank of Elk Lake, the layout of the property was extremely irregular, with many hills and little yard space. Geo Tech had an aerobic treatment septic system installed with drip distribution as the drain field component.

Given the fact of the challenging topography, Geo Tech incorporated fiberglass tanks as the only practical solution since concrete tanks would have been excessively difficult and expensive to bring in to the site

The drip field was installed approximately 30 ft. below the house elevation. This unique design optimized the system and freed up usable yard space.

With Geo Tech's regular maintenance Plan, this septic system will provide a trouble-free, odorless septic system for the owner's lifetime.
